Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to anyone who purchases, accesses, or uses any product, service, program, membership, or resource from Jill Mackenzie. This includes live or recorded workshops, coaching programs, digital resources, memberships, and events. By purchasing, accessing, or using our materials, you agree to these Terms in full.

Usage Rights

All purchases are for individual use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, repurpose, record, or broadcast any content without prior written consent. Unauthorized sharing or use of program materials may result in access being revoked without refund and possible legal action.

Access to any content is non-transferable and is intended solely for the original purchaser.

Payments & Subscriptions

Programs and services may be offered as a one-time payment, payment plan, monthly subscription, annual subscription, or lifetime access.

For lifetime access, payment must be made in full before access is granted.

If you enroll with a payment plan, access will begin once your first payment is processed and will continue only if payments remain current.

Missed or failed payments may result in access being revoked.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in writing at least 72 hours before your next billing date. All sales are final and non-refundable once payment is processed.

Membership Access

An active subscription grants access to the specific materials, trainings, communities, and resources outlined in your purchase. Once your subscription ends or payments lapse, all access to content and communities will be revoked.

We may add, remove, or modify features, bonuses, or community spaces at any time.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and keeping your contact and billing information up to date. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by user error, platform outages, or third-party service issues.

Intellectual Property

All materials — including videos, frameworks, coaching content, and written documents — are the intellectual property of Jill MacKenzie or its partners. These may only be used for your personal learning and may not be reproduced or distributed without written permission.

Behavior Expectations

We expect respectful conduct in all program spaces. Harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal without refund.

Earnings Disclaimer

While we share real success stories, we do not guarantee specific results, income, or outcomes. Your results will depend on your own effort, market, and implementation. We are not liable for any losses, damages, or claims arising from your participation in our programs.

Disputes

In the event of a dispute, you agree to contact us first to attempt resolution. If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Massachusetts and resolved through binding arbitration.
